Default Jewel fans

I've been a fan of jewel since the release of her first single "who will save your soul". she's one of my favorite artists ever. i got to see her in concert during her Goodbye Alice in Wonderland Tour last year (no, not with rob thomas, thank god). All I have to say is she is soooo much more live than she could ever be on camera. And to be honest, one of the best vocals i've ever heard at a concert. I'm really looking forward to her new COUNTRY album PERFECTLY CLEAR this June, and adore Stronger Woman, and the video. I think this was a very smart move, considering how GAIW flopped and all...pop music just can't handle her anymore i suppose. but, she's been talking about doing a country album since the release of SPIRIT way back when. so no surprise or anything. she's so talented, i don't even care. clever move too, i think, financially for her. i hope she yodels on the new one, lol, i proudly say i got to here her yodel live and it was amazing. and can somebody please give the girl a grammy all ready. and martina too.

Foolish games is my favorite song to sing ever, and i think i just might audition with it one day on american idol, how about that? lol ... no, i do sing it quite well. i like the ALBUM version of it a million times better than the SINGLE version. hearing it performed live? priceless.

because I don't really like pop music, I haven't heard any of her songs. But I do like the idea of her making a country album. I watch GAC and CMT all the time and they show the video Stronger Woman and I like it. I'm sure the CD will be good because John Rich (of Big & Rich) produced it and I like them fairly well. I just pray it isn't pop-country. I'm so sick of that crap! As far as buying Perfectly Clear: I don't know. I need to get rid of some of my CDs I have now. If she releases another single off PC, and I like the sound of it, I'll PROBABLY get it.
