Default Panther Fans Asked To Wear Jessica Masks For Cowboys Game

http://www.nationalledger.com/artman...72617835.shtml

Jessica Simpson Masks Being Prepared for Panthers Cowboys Game to Jinx Tony Romo
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

By Cathy Beers
Dec 21, 2007

Carolina Panther fans are being asked to keep the Jessica Simpson jinx alive. In yet another slap in the face of the blonde starlet and girlfriend of Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo a website has been established where you can download a Jessica mask to wear to the game which will be broadcast nationally on Saturday night.

Jessica Simpson Masks Being Prepared for Panthers Cowboys Game to Jinx Tony Romo

The Cowboys are having a great year, but this is the type of distraction that is not needed. They are currently 12-2 and hold home field advantage throughout the playoffs. However they can't afford another loss.

***

They are tied with the Green Bay Packers as they also have a 12-2 record, but the Cowboys beat the Pack earlier this year behind a brilliant performance from Romo. Tony was abysmal last week in a game that has made a ton of headlines off the field because Jessica was in the stands. The jessica jinx was born and now Panthers fans are trying to use it.

The website is called RuinRomo.Com and they have the Jessica mask ready to download and step by step instructions on how to prepare the mask for game time.

It's going to take A LOT more than a bunch of Jessica Simpson masks for the Panthers to beat the Cowboys. Yeah, Romo sucked last week, but it wasn't the first time he's had a bad game. It had nothing to do with Jessica being there.

Which face do they have on that website? I hear Jessica is two-faced.

I'll be glad when the game tomorrow night is over. I knew when we lost that this was going to be the topic all week.

I told my sister that Romo was dating Jessica Simpson and she said Jessica was as dumb as a bag of rocks.

Reminds me of that A-Rod thing where the fans in Boston wore masks.

T.O. sure didn't help matters by opening his big mouth like that. I know he was only kidding around, but the media always makes a big deal out of nothing, especially when it involves T.O.

The media is just waiting for him to have a meltdown. I just hope we blow the Panthers out so they can talk about something else for a change. It looks like Terry Glenn might play some. I would love for him to be a factor in the playoffs.

That's good! I'm not worried about the Panthers. Of course, not being able to see that game helps a lot. I am a little worried about the Cowboys-Skins game on the 30th though.

It sucks that you can't get the game. I agree with you about the Redskins. They are going to give it there all. I just hope the Bears find a way to beat the Packers this weekend so that game will be meaningless.

I don't know who has a bigger mouth - Terrell Owens or Kanye West.

The way the cowboys looked the last two weeks they are not a lock to beat any team

Well Bryant Gumbel just showed the Jessica Simpson mask on the pre-game show. : I can't stand that guy. The NFL Network needs better announcers. Anyway they said they offered Jessica Simpson a chance to be on their show but she declined...thank God.
