i predict that US will do really well at the olympic games held in beijing, particularly in athletics

i predict that there will be a new sitcom that will take the States by storm, and possibly lead to its arrival in the uk, just in the same way as ugly betty did this year

however i predict that tv in general is not going to improve and that sadly reality tv will dominate the schedules as ever

You won't be able to flip through channels without seeing the same Political "he's bad, she's bad, they're all bad" mud slinging commericals 100x's (I'm so dreading this!)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------

I'll have the time to travel to NC for my niece's 4th birthday.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------

I'll (hopefully) reconnect with a childhood-highschool friend.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------

My guy will pop "the question."

None of the shows I have on DVD will get additional releases and I'll be stalled out in the middle of a run.

My lousy work life will get lousier. I may get fired. I've thought this for months. People there hate me for no reason.

I'll cry an average of 2 days a month.

I predict that the high prices of gasoline will go down!

I predict that the housing market will go strong and the prices of new houses will drop.

I'm hoping the Atlanta Falcons will do better next year.

I hope "The Golden Palace" (spinoff of Golden Girls) will be released on DVD.

I predict Solomon will invest in Chap Stick and the retail price will soar to $10 a stick.

The stock will then fall later that year when he moves all his money into fish sticks and tipping overly attentive waiters.
