This was discussed on the RTN thread, but it's probably best to make its own thread. There is a new channel coming, known as the .2 Channel, which is exclusively for digital subchannels, like RTN and NBC's Weather network. It's supposed to launch in February and have shows and movies, apparently. Here is a story I found:
