Anne Heche and her estranged husband Coley Laffoon met in court in Los Angeles on Wednesday in a bid to end their bitter divorce and custody battle - and both emerged claiming victory.
Heche split from cameraman Laffoon last year after falling for her Men In Trees co-star James Tupper - and the two have been fighting ever since. But outside the courthouse, the actress claimed things were sorting themselves out, admitting it was "a good day in court." And Laffoon's attorney, Jon Summers, told reporters, "We are very satisfied with what happened in court today. There were minor disputes about custody. We went to the judge and he resolved them." Laffoon himself wasn't in the mood to celebrate. He said, "I'm looking forward to it all being over... The whole process is tough. It's not fun and it's sad and painful."
