I voted for Phoebe. She was absolutely HYSTERICAL!...Her character developed really well, and always stayed true to itself. Chrissy just got more stupid, as the show went on.

Chrissy, she was so funny and stupid, I still laugh at Three's Company episodes, it's still a funny show.
