I was stuck in a 2 hr meeting so I didn't get a chance to eat lunch

We had a KK here as well. Then one day *poof* they were closed. I never cared for KK and I don't like donuts like that. I prefer cake donuts. Since KK was no longer there, Chik-fi-lla took over and that place is BOOMING!

A few months back, I was very ill due to a severe reaction to an antibiotic. My appetite virtually disappeared. The thought of food would make me sick. I tried Ensure and all those, but they tasted terrible. Finally, my husband brought me home a vanilla ice cream shake every day. I could get that down...and yogurt, and that was it.

You could make shakes in your blender, add some fruit or whatever. It might be a good idea to drink vitamin water too. I didn't eat for 12 days, and ended up in the hospital, severely dehydrated. In this heat, you have to be careful. That's good you're seeing your doctor. Not eating, no good. Good luck and get better.

Im not a big fan of curry but now and again i make a chicken tikka which is mild, with a garlic nann bread! my partner doesnt like it so i freeze the rest. so thats what i had today and a grapefruit for breakfast.

Well, I've been drinking vitamin water, that's what I drink while I'm running every morning. I try to eat yogurt, but my mom and my grandma told me not to eat any dairy for a while because it might sour on my stomach since it's been upset. So I've been trying to hold my breath and eat as much as I can.

But this morning I ate some grapes and crackers.
