Guess what Brieanna???? Yesterday was my niece's birthday and they had Tres Leches cake with real strawberries. Anyhoo, it didn't look as bad as the other Tres Leches cakes I have had, so I ate some. DAMN!!!!! IT WAS DEEEEEELICIOUS!!!!!!! First time for everything.

It is 1:35pm and I have only had a diet coke today. I don't know yet what is for dinner.

Breakfast- 1 egg, 3 pieces of bacon & 4 strawberries,

Lunch-Small salad/w green peppers & mushrooms, 8 ounce bison burger & 1 small plum

Snack-Protein shake, yellow pepper & cottage cheese

Dinner will be-Small steak and small salad and plain vanilla yogurt.

I blew it today.

No breakfast but I did have 2 pieces of fish and a piece of chicken from LJS for lunch. Greas-a-licious!!

I hate having to go back to work...forces me to eat lunch. grrrrr

Breakfast- 4 donut holes and OJ

Lunch- One of those Dinty Moore 90 sec. microwave things- it was Turkey and Dressing with Gravy, some homemade pasta salad, and a diet. dr. pepper

Snack- handful of Wheat Thins

Dinner- Chef Salad, 2 rolls, and a dr. pepper

LOL The kind I had, it had strawberries, blue berries, grapes and peaches on top. The only part that I could eat was the fruit and the cream/icing.

Today for me...Breakfast I had cut up Banana and yogurt

Lunch- fruit salad, water

Dinner- I made Chicken & Dumplings with garlic bread.

Mmmmm, I haven't made Chicken & Dumplings in a long while.

Diet Orange Soda and a tuna sandwich for lunch.

I am making spaghetti with just sauce (no meat) for dinner with broccoli.

I love Tostadas!!!!!!! When I have homemade beans (another healthy food item) that is what I will make with them sometimes. NO MEAT!

Mmmmmm...ground turkey is delicious and healthy too. I also like to make mine with chicken. I never use ground meat. Only chicken or with just plain beans and the veggies.
