For Breakfast I had a cup of yogurt with chopped bananas

Dinner- Roast Beef, cabbage rolls, Rigatoni with Broccoli Rabe and Sausage, Gnocchi and a little bit of ceaser salad.

umm i had pizza and pasta and chicken and crap. also i had two cans of soda, and i usually dont drink soda. and i have to be up early tomorrow. i hate myself.
