Default Favorite Episodes, Favorite Moments

Just wondering what are some of your favorite episodes or favorite moments of 90210.

I was just thinking about three Dylan episodes that I think were great. One is the episode where he is dealing with his Dad's death and throughout it we hear his inner monologue as a voiceover, which I loved. Everytime someone came up to him, we heard what he was really thinking. Then at the end, his younger "inner child" appears and that song "I can't cry hard enough" comes on. That scene gets me every time. I just thought Luke Perry did a great job in that episode.

Another one is a summer ep where he breaks into his family's old cabana and for some reason I always remember the scene where he looks at the photo cube of old pictures and sees all these things that remind him of when he was a little kid, when things were simple. He lights a candle (or I think he just uses a Zippo) and curls into the fetal position and "You Are the Everything" by REM (one of my favorite bands) plays in the background. That's another moment that always stood out to me.

Then there's the episode in the later seasons when his wife dies. I will never forget how he clutches her wedding dress while Lyle Lovett (another favorite of mine) plays in the background.

I guess I named off really sad, touching episodes, but there were also many other great eps with lots of fun, catfighting, intrigue, etc. What are some other great scenes or episodes that you really love?

Here are the episodes that come to mind:

The high school summer ep where Dylan stayed w/ the Walshes after breaking his ribs from a surfing accident & the father caught the two kissing passionately on the couch.

The episodes when Brenda & Donna are in Paris.

The high school prom episode.

I like the HS years a little better than the college years. The post college grad yrs I liked the least.

First of all, I just found this message board and I love that there are people out there still talking about 90210!

Here are some of my favorites:

Loved the ep. when Brandon goes to visit Emily in San Fransisco. They had the best connection/chemistry!

I love the last two ep. of the entire series when David and Donna FINALLY got married. I had been waiting on that since the beginning!

There was also this one PART of an episode I have to mention... when Brenda and Dylan broke up during the summer and they ran into each other in the hallway one day after summer school. They way Dylan looked at her and the camera scanned out was so good.

Finally, I think one of the most emotional ep. ever was the one when Dylan's wife (Noxema Girl) was killed. That was done well - although it was sad.

I loved when Brandon went to visit Emily too. They were a good match.

Noxema Girl (ha!) being killed isn't one of my personal favorites, but it certainly was one of the best episodes/story arcs they did...We are talking about the car blowing up, right?

And welcome to the boards.
