If anyone needs a change,BESIDES TVLand,it's the Hallmark Channel. They are running "Matlock',"M^A*S*H* .Walker Texas Ranger and Little House on the Prairie into the ground.(Yes,I know some people like them)And why don't they air something else on the weekends besides the 2-hour "Matlock"movies,(they ,and the daytime airings have parts cut out)Bringing back "The Waltons"is a sort-of breath of fresh air.Remember the days when The Hallmark Channel had something for everybody? And why all the theme months-Example-"The August Files",which is just mysteries all month? And remember the Saturday morning Westerns that Hallmark carried not so long ago?Hopefully, come September,The Hallmark Channel will change for the better. How about adding a 1950's-1980's comedy or two(especially from the 1960's)?That would be nice.

What I mean is they air "Matlock"on almost every OTHER local station(with parts of the show that Hallmark has cut out),,"M*A*S*H"a lot, when other stations air it once,Hallmark airs it more than once a day ,that, and "Little House on the Prairie" and "Walker Texas Ranger"a lot,and instead of giving these shows a well-deserved break, they air them over and over and over again,ad nauseum.THAT'S what I mean when I say that The Hallmark Channel is running these shows into the ground.

You got it.And about OTHER stations, the good thing about airing "Matlock"on them,is that some (or should I say, most)air it unedited, the way it aired on the network. The Hallmark Channel, unfortunately, does NOT do that.Theirs are severely edited. For instance, there are parts of "The Witness" ,"The Chef","The Suspect",and "The Reporter/aka The Widow" that have been cut out of The Hallmark Channel which OTHER channels that carry "Matlock"(WGN,for example)have left in.And like I said,it would be nice for The Hallmark Channel to air a comedy block again (with 1950's-1980's shows(especially from the 1960's-ALL of the episodes of "My Three Sons"-BOTH Black and white ABC and CBS color would be nice,as would ALL of the episodes of "Petticoat Junction"(BOTH black and white and color).Anyone else agree?
