Default Production Order list?

Hey all!

Love the "fairly new" T/L box set.

Is there an area where I can find a list of the episodes in "Production Order"?

Thanks!

I searched around the internet, but was unable to find a production list that showed the episodes in order. TV.com has the production codes listed beside each episode though. I hope that helps.

The link below is an episode guide which I believe lists the episodes by production order. This is the list I use when referring to the episodes.

I'm planning on watching season 1 again but would like to view it in production order.
I got this list from Lee G's link.
Can anyone confirm these are in production order?

Production order is occasionally at distinct odds with the sequence in which the episodes are intended to be seen. For instance, if you watch the final season of M*A*S*H in production order, the 4077th crew will be back in Korea planting a time capsule after the 2 1/2 hour finale.

Also Mike Farrell's first filmed episode as B.J. Hunnicut was "Change of Command", which introduced Col. Potter, rather than "Welcome to Korea" the hour-long ep that introduced his character.

This is also true for the final season of The Brady Bunch. Robbie Rist's first filmed appearance as Cousin Oliver was "Two Petes in a Pod", where Peter Brady met his double, rather than "Welcome Aboard", which introduced Oliver.

I would guess in both of these situations, the producers had scripts that used the characters ready sooner than scripts that adequately introduced the characters.

.

For years, MASH was syndicated out of order as well - especially seasons 3 and 4. In looking at the rerun listings from old TVGuides, the first few episodes from each of those seasons were not in the order originally aired by CBS. I know that when WSBK Boston used to run the show in the early '90s, most of the time they'd play the episode where Col. Potter arrives first, even though technically BJ shouldn't have been there yet.

I checked "The Life & Times of Maxwell Smart" book and the list is not air date order so there's a good chance it's in production order.
