Default Dustin's Anti-vegetable comment on "Fit Club"

The 1st episode of "Fit Club" is airing this week. I was bothered by a comment Dustin made. So I came here and noticed that other thread. WOW! Seems I'm not the only one he's bothering.

He said: "There's alot of vegetarians I've seen, that eat nothing but the best vegetables...and they look sickly"

He said he battles truth and logic. If that means he lives his life by that, great. Me to. But he also needs to battle education.

There's some "truth" to what he said. But it's not logical to assume vegetables make you look sickly. Vegetables have everything you need and nothing you don't. And Vegetarians eat more than vegetables. They get more variety than others.
The truth is that SOME were unhealthy before they went veg, and that's why they went veg, or they may have changed their diet too fast and are going through a detox.

He's forgetting all the healthy-looking vegetarians:

Natalie Portman
Lauren Bush
Kirk Cameron
Alyssa Milano
Woody Harelson
Alicia Silverstone
Christina Applegate
Jennie Garth
Shania Twain

The Truth has a lot of power for your life. Check out Tuesday's show of "Coast to Coast AM" at 10pm PST http://www.kfi640.com/cc-common/stre...?refreshed=yes. The topic is "Health Freedom". It will empower you.

The guy is a dimwit and his comments made on the show further prove this.
