Default Be careful

with that website that is selling all 61 episodes (season's 1-3) because I made the purchase and three of those DVD's were damaged and it's now been almost 8 weeks since they told me they would send me new DVD's and they have not made good on their promise. I can not get a straight answer from these fools after many email exchanges. All they can tell me is that they will make good on the exchange but they never give me a date as to when they will ship. It's almost like they know there is a problem with the lot and yet they will not admit it. It really should not be that difficult to replace the bad DVD's unless they are all bad in which case they should remove them from their website.

I will be contacting my credit card company this week to get my money back. Just a word of warning to everyone who is considering purchasing from this company who are based in Canada.

theqmen, I am having the same problem with the above company, also based in Canada, and I'm guessing it's the exact same place. I'm trying to get my money back, too, without much luck. Since it's out of the country, I might just be out of luck.

Did you have the same issues with certain DVD's being damaged? When I say damaged I mean there were some episodes that just would not play.

Well here is the latest: They told me they were refunding me the entire $117 in the next few days and that they would ship me a pre-paid envelope to send back the set. These people are on DRUGS if they think I will be sending them back anything!! I waited for almost three months for this thing to be settled and they were less than honest with me and they expect me to go the extra mile.......

I don't think so. If they were honest to begin with this would have never happend. I'll keep you posted.

Default Same thing!

ha!! Tvaddicts.com just told me EXACTLY The same thing two days ago! I wrote back immediately and asked how soon this would occur because I wanted my credit NOW. I got two more emails, one saying my account was credited. I am waiting to get my credit on the card I used -- and then they are supposed to send me the post-paid envelope, too. I"m guessing I will never see it.

I only watched the very first DVD of the second season. I would only play half the DVD. That's all the further I got watching it. I guess I"m just out of luck on seeing the rest of the series.

Yes, please keep us posted, as will I.

Well, what do you know...the refund for my DVD set appeared today. I actually am surprised...we'll see how long it takes to get the envelope to send back the DVD set...

Got my refund as well. The full $117 which includes shipping. Now I am hold 16 DVD's in which #8, 10 & 11 are not fully working as certain episodes are just not playing but at least I do have the majority of the 2nd and 3rd year which I will begin to watch soon. I did not want to watch until this thing was resolved one way or another.

Now that I know I have my funds back and the damaged shows are never going to come I mind as well begin to enjoy whatever I have of seasons 2 &
3. And of course that pre-paid envelope that they are suppose to send to me I'm sure will never come and even if it does it will be a snowy day in Miami before they get those DVD's back!!

Keep me posted if you or anyone else finds an outlet for the entire 2nd and
3rd seasons please.

With a french woman, we work together in order to have the whole episodes in better quality.
Today I have the whole episodes, but the quality is not excellent (VHS quality). So when, I have the whole episodes with only 6 in VHS quality, I contact you and maybe we can work together in order to send the season 2 & 3 in the network.
