Smile I agree with Bill Bixby on this

Hello everybody!

I just wanted to say that I agree with what Bill Bixby said after "The Courtship of Eddie's Father" ended. How that he wished the show could have lasted and they had to do shows around teenage situations like drugs and alcohol.

How do you think Tom would have handled the situation if Eddie had gotten mixed up in drug and alcohol problems?

Jenny

Jenny,

I do agree on one account. But, we wouldn't have THE INCREDIBLE HULK or THE MAGICIAN.

This how my favorite Bill Bixby's series and movies rank:

1) THE INCREDIBLE HULK
2) THE COURTSHIP OF EDDIE'S FATHER
3) MY FAVORITE MARTIAN

I would have love to see THE COURTSHIP OF EDDIE'S FATHER had those kind of storylines. But, we cannot have everything can we.

Mindy

#1 I agree with Bill too, but I haven't even seen this show, so can't answer the question.

#2...what the hell...my ranking

1. Hulk
2. Martian
3. Magician

That's how I would rank Bill Bixby's series, too, except I would add THE COURT-
SHIP OF EDDIE'S FATHER in the No. 4 slot (I've only seen one episode or I
might have ranked it No. 3 had I seen more episodes).

im glad the show kept the track it did of a good relationship between father and son. i dont care for it when comedy shows get to serious.

just think, family affair could have coped with sissy on drugs, or other teen problems. shows from that era had an innocense they dont have today. i miss it.

i enjoyed my fav martian alot as i really liked both actors. and next would be eddie's father.
