Lucy Carter and clan invade Palm Springs for what is expected to be an inexpensive weekend vacation at guest star Jack Benny's mansion. But Benny, as a desk clerk, life guard, frogman and chef, proves once again he is the world's most money-conscious comic.

Note: Look for a cameo by Jackie Gleason at the end, wearing his Ralph Kramden bus driver's uniform. Also look for Lucie Arnaz wearing an incredible white bikini, which naturally makes this episode one of my favourites. You can find it on the "Here's Lucy: Best Of" DVD.
