Many of you probably know that Bridget really did love Bernie because Meredith Baxter and David Birney were married in real life in 1973. I think that marriage lasted until the early 1980's, a heck of a long run compared to this show!

Sony Pictures was set to release the series on DVD in 2006 but changed their mind at the last minute. What a shame. The show had a great supporting cast, too. This show deserves to be seen by a new generation.
C'mon Sony, it's only 25 (or so) episodes. You can release this one anytime now!
I remember "BRIDGET LOVES BERNIE". I remember there was a little controversy about it when it first started because of the premise.

CRAP LAND, years ago, aired an episode of it, once. (fat chance of them doing it now-but I don't want this to become another "TV LAND-bashing" thread).

Trivia fact: it was replaceed on the CBS schedule by "MASH".

Remember " Me and the Boys" with Steve Harvey....thats show was good .
Also " That 80's Show" sort of a spin off of "That 70s Show" ...... it was ok. But it didn't have to good of a story line

Torgo, the master told me you might remember the title of a show I'm trying to track down. It was a one-season, I think, that ran the same year The Single Guy, starring Jonathan Silverman and Ming Na Wen. It was about 2 yuppie couples dealing with new parenthood. If you, or anyone! remembers, post it Please???!!!

Does anyone but me still crave Parker Lewis Rules?

It was actually 2 seasons, but I have to mention The Bronx Zoo. I keep posting on Shout Factory every few months to convince them into releasing a DVD set of it. I last saw it on TV Land back in 1999.

Keen Eddie. That show was brilliantly awesome! Then FOX had to go and pull it and plug "The O.C.".

I was insanely furious at FOX then. Keen Eddie could've had a very long run.

Oh gosh, my sister had an insane crush on Mark Valley (Eddie) when he was on Days of Our Lives in the mid-1990s. She was none too pleased when his FOX show was cancelled!
