Default Judge Allows Cameras in Phil Spector murder trial...

Here we go again, a la OJ Simpson...let's just hope this time around JUSTICE IS SERVED AND THIS MAN IS FOUND GUILTY.

LA Judge To Allow Cameras In Phil Spector Murder Trial
(Los Angeles, CA) -- A Los Angeles judge has decided that the murder trial of legendary record producer Phil Spector will be televised. Judge Larry Paul Fidler says no one wants a repeat of the O.J. Simpson trial and he knows that he will be scrutinized for doing it, but he will allow cameras in his courtroom. Judge Fidler says he wants the public to see the proceedings for themselves, instead of relying on so-called expert analysis. Attorneys for Spector had asked the judge to ban cameras from the trial, which is scheduled to begin on March 19th. The judge promised that if the cameras did cause any problems, he would have them removed. Prosecutors have charged Spector with shooting actress Lana Clarkson to death outside his Alhambra mansion in 2003. Spector denies the charge, and claims that Clarkson took her own life.

Man, I thought that trial was over long ago. It's too bad. I love '60s music and especially enjoyed Spector's work with the Ronettes, Crystals, Righteous Brothers, etc. The Spector Christmas album still rocks!! I know that he's been quite eccentric over the years; a shame it's come down to this. That said, I'm quite sure he did it.

Read the book "Be My Baby" by Ronnie Spector. The man had an incredible talent, but he was a total psycho, like making Ronnie drive her car with an inflatable man in the passenger's seat so she wouldn't be "alone" and interact with any other people. He also showed aggressive behavior to other recording stars like ponting a gun at them for hours so they wouldn't leave the recording studio.

I actually did read Ronnie's book, and it's fascinating. He certainly was possessive.

I seen her in an interview, I believe it was DATELINE or something like that. I was shocked to hear what she went through. That man is definitely psycho. He and Ike Turner had something in common: Abusing the women in their lives. I totally believe Ronnie Spector. She also said she was forced to sign over her rights to some music, therefore, she doesn't get any royalties from all that hard work she did. DAMN BASTARD!!!!!!!!!!
