Default That Girl In Wonderland (Saturday Superstar Movie)

Any chance this will be an extra on a future DVD set? Also, has anyone actually seen this?

'That Girl In Wonderland' is really cute and clever, but different from the TV show. Ann gets a job working for a childrens' book publisher. She daydreams about the different fairy tales she's reading. There is no mention of her being an actress and she has a pet dog that follows her. She and Donald are still dating, but her parents aren't shown.

Here are some screen captures:

So Donald was in it? Since I saw him not credited, I assume this wasn't Ted Bessell though, or am I wrong?

Yes, the character of Donald (5th screencap above) is in it, but Ted Bessell doesn't provide his voice. I'm not sure what actor provided the voice because at the end of the cartoon just the actors' names are given. I would assume it's either Dick Hehmeyer or Ted Schwartz because they are the only males listed.

Interesting...whoever it was, did he do a good job of emulating Ted? And how was the animated Ann's character compared to the real thing?

I thought all the actors were okay. It probably wouldn't have been as good without Marlo.
