Default Your very first post

Hey everyone. I was bored and went through looking at some old posts and found my very first one. It was when I was into writing "The Facts of Life" fan fictions and one of my online friends told me about these boards. So I joined and posted my story. LOL - Looking back, it was horrible. So what was your first post?

Blanche: There must be homosexuals who date women.
Sophia: Yeah, they're called lesbians.

Here's my first post from January 2005...it was from the Three's Company board:

"Hey all!

Newbie here! I've been lurking for the past few days, just browsing through all the threads and I can honestly say I'm hooked on this place. My favorite character of the show is Jack(although I love each and every one of them for different reasons!) Hope to talk to you guys again soon!

Kristel "

Pretty boring first post.

It was on the Charles In Charge board. I remember starting a thread asking if anyone knew if Nick At Nite was going to show the first season. Which, of course, they never did. Infact, I signed up here at SO just so I could start that thread.

My first post was on the Unsolved Mysteries board:

I used to have that same problem when I was younger! But now, I love to watch it alone!!!!
I love love love love love Unsolved Mysteries and dearly miss Robert Stack! He was the perfect host for that show!!! The voice, the look...everything! Robert Stack did a great job and may he Rest in Peace!

And the music was GREAT!!!! Very eerie and creepy!!

Here's my first post from the Leave it to Beaver forum back in 2002:

Hi, I'm new!
Hello, I just decided to join this message board because I'm a new LITB fan! I've been watching it on TVland for a few weeks now and I love it. I never actually watched the show before, well maybe a few episodes. Wally and Beaver are so cute!! Well, I think I'll reply to some of the other messages now.

This was on the Division board.

Hey people! I'm new here! Just though ya might like to know...

I like the lack of detail. And my assumption that everyone cares that I'm new.

Searching for a specific Andy Griffith routine or episode Andy Griffith did a routine about Paul Revere's famous ride. I'm trying to find that, but I think it was in an episode of The A.G. show, where he's telling Opie the story for his History class or something, rather than one of A.G's early comedy routines, like Romeo and Juliet, etc. If anyone has any information about that, I would much appreciate it.
Thanks

The above was my first post ever on SO. It seems so long ago, but it was just April 7, 2006. I'd never even known of SO's existence before that day.
