They're joking right? I mean they already show too much of their popular shows, now they're acting like it's a Holiday gift for us?

And in the Christmas marathon, they can't show one of the three NewsRadio Christmas episodes. The second season Christmas episode is a classic, where Bill (Phil Hartman) believes the lobby Santa (David Anthony Higgins) is out to kill him. I understand the ratings were low, but for a Christmas marathon, you'd figure they'd show the Christmas episodes of ALL their shows.

I hate to always be so negative about N@N. It just gets me so angry reading all their new schedules and stuff that I just have to vent.

I whole heartedly agree. I think it sucks that they're not showing the Murphy Brown holiday eps either as well as NewsRadio.

Who wants to bet money that their favorite show by year's end will be... surprise, surprise... Roseanne?

Why would N@N make us guess on which favorite show would get a marathon? DUH N@N, it's Roseanne! If Roseanne is going to be my gift, I want to send it BACK!!!!

I bet my house, my benz, my WHOLE bank account that Roseanne would get this 'honor'. Got to make a mental note to make plans that night

Wow, Nick @ Nite stinks. If you only have 3 successful shows on there, isn't it time to ring the alarm? Maybe they need a new president or programmer or something. N@N has been stinkin for years now.

Good ratings doesn't equal quality. It just means more people with ratings boxes watch the network. It is time for a change over at N@N. There is nothing wrong with any of the shows they show. It's just the WAY they show them that irritates me.

I know that as long as they have such great ratings they're gonna keep on with the lousy (but high rated) schedules. However, and I know this doesn't mean crap to them, but N@N lost a lifelong (well their lifetime) fan.

N@N used to be an escape from the networks, now it's worse than all the networks and the majority of people like it that way. For as long as I live, I'll never understand that, either.

I wonder how it would be if EVERYONE had a ratings box in their house.

When I posted with a link to this site on another board about the last nite of the Desiging Women marathon being replaced by a second Roseanne Marathon someone replied that Roseanne must be 1/3 owner of Viacom. The other 2/3 being owned by The Olsen Twins and Will Smith as those 3 shows (Roseanne, Full House, and Fresh Prince) are the only successful shows on the network.

You may all guess Roseanne for the year end marathon, and even though NIck at NIte does love Roseanne more than Fresh Prince, it's probably going to be Fresh Prince. It has been NAN's top show all year, and also it's almost like there giving us a hint by saying:Where there's a will, there's a way:, which was the title of a Fresh Prince episode.

We know its not Cosby, that's for sure. And I hate that they are making no changes to their lineup. It's been the same 4 shows in rpimetime since 2003. OKay, so a new show may pop up ijn primetime for a month, but after that, it goes to latenight. They really need to make some changes.

There next acquisition is Home IMprovement a year from now. I bet that will probably do good for NAN, so that might be the next big hit in 3 years!

What they need to do is add longer running shows that were actually popular (Empty Nest, Family Matters, etc), and see how they do. NewsRadio is not a bad show at all, but it didn't run for too long and wasn't hugely popular and N&N put it to shame on the network. Same with TVLAND. They added shows like 227, What's Happening, etc. that didn't last for too long and just shoved them to the side. Never did I think that Fresh Prince, FullHouse, and Roseanne would be so popular after their runs ended. These shows are being used way too much and should be moved to the side.

Did I mention that those daily marathons of the same old shows need to stop? Or that there should be more of the show rather than commercials? These stations are going to shame and are a joke. It's a shame the shows they air have to be put down because they play so much.
