Shooting Near Pa. School

CBS) PARADISE, Pa. Pennsylvania State Police are investigating a shooting near a Lancaster County school where at least one person has been injured Monday.

Police say the shooting happened around 11 a.m. in the area of the Wolf Rock School on Mine and Rock Roads in Paradise.

Authorities say at least one person has been taken to a local hospital.

KYW-TV has learned 12 ambulances and four medical helicopters have been dispatched to the scene.

No other details have been released regarding the shooting.

Looks really bad. One room Amish schoolhouse. More than a dozen reportedly shot, 5 dead(NBC), suspect is dead.

MSNBC just reported at least 5 people had died.

I mean, c'mon, a school shooting in the Amish Country??!! What the heck is this world coming to?

and to make it worse... all the victims are from Grades 1-8. We're talking Ages 6-13 or so.

Sounds like the shooter was someone from outside the school again.

Oh No It's Getting Out Of Hand

Ever since there was the school shooting at (Dawson College) over here in Montreal on Sept. 13th; there's one almost every week. It's beginning to be a real epidemic and it has to stop now before it goes way out of control.

Apparently the guy did this over revenge for something that happened TWENTY YEARS ago.

Death toll was lowered to 3 with 7 injured.

The shooting is like 2 hours away from me. This is just scary. All the shootings. Children are supposed to feel safe in school. If they can't even play on the playground without the fear of getting shot, what is this world coming to?!?!
