Post Not counting the people on this board, how many friends do you have?

0. Their are people I know, but I could never consider them my friends.

Well, I really only have 3 CLOSE friends... 1 at school, 1 in my neighborhood, and 1 online (not on this board). But I have a couple other online friends, and I have about 12 or so school friends, or people I talk to a lot at school but never talk to outside of school.

Yup, yup, same here, and my high school is about 3,000 people...although, I have about one girl who's is my bestest bestest bestest friend, then I have a circle of about ten or twenty who are my really good freinds, too.

Hey, Max, I'm sorry you don't have many friends. Cause, don't forget, ya gotta friend sitting right here no matter what.

I have one true best friend, even though we're on shaky ground right now. On good days I hang out with her, her boyfriend and his friends. Too bad he's truly annoying...
But I hang out with them mostly outside of school...
Then there's my cool little group of friends at school, one of them has their license, so we go off campus everyday. They are really nice, good people. I don't feel alienated when I'm with them.

Then there's a whole bunch of aquintences(sp?) I have from different classes and from work.

Cool

Many MANY MANY acquaintances. As to real friends? About 10. Not only have I moved around so much that I haven't been able to keep friends, I haven't been able to make many DECENT ones that haven't stabbed me in the back.

But yeah, I can name 10.

Talking

Are you talking about friends you see all the time, frineds that are in the same city/state, what? I have friends who live all over the world because my dad was in the Navy. You should see my address book, it has lots of addresses scratched out because people have moved. I finally got smart, and now I write the addresses in pencil.

I have friends all over Texas (go figure ) But I also have friends in Hawaii, Florida, Georgia, New York, Virginia, Illinois, Germany, Japan, Oklahoma, California, South Carolina, etc..

I've kept in contact with most of the people I have met over the years. In fact, I am flying to Florida in November for a meeting and I am going to be seeing a couple old friends who are still there. When I called up this one girl, she flipped out. We email all the time, but we had not talked in a long time. We talked for like 2 hours. It was great.

Anyway, I think I am off topic here. I guess to answer your question, I have too many friends to count.

D

Hi Ya Max!Well,,,,,Seeing that I am of an "advanced" age I can say that I have had many friends over the past half century!
But only a few really true ones! But my wonderful "younger" sisters make up for that! I have 3.I am sure you will find a true friend someday! Hang in there!

I have many friends, but I only have one best friend. We talk about guys and stuff and we don't get on each others nerves very often.

Lumpy: Did you go out for anything, Dud?

Dudley: Well, I went out for football, but I got my finger stepped on, so my mother made me quit.

Eddie: Well listen-- I went out for basketball and I got my hair pulled, and my mother made ME quit.

Dudley: It's not that I was afraid of getting hurt or anything; it's just that-- well, it's kind o' hard to play the flute with a busted finger.
