On Monday, I believe God spoke to me.
I was sitting in my room, thinking about an issue that's been on my mind for ages, and I'd asked God about it earlier. Suddenly, this voice came into my head, very clearly, and said: "Trust me about the [issue I was thinking about]." I'm sure this was God speaking to me. I know it wasn't myself forming those words in my head; the voice just popped in there. It was neither a male nor a female voice, it was a voice, and I'm sure it was God talking to me. This has never happened before; I've never had a voice come clearly into my head before. I really hope God talks to me again soon. I'm the sort of person who needs constant reassurance, and it would be great to have more from Him. But I'm grateful that He's spoken to me at all.

You are truly blessed to hear from God. I believe God has spoken to me a couple of times when I was down and out. Keep praying and believing in the Lord and you will continue to be blessed.

And the thing was, I wasn't freaked out by it, or anything. I thought to myself, "Whoa, where did that come from?" But it wasn't scary - it was just a voice, I believe God's voice, telling me to trust Him about the issue that's been troubling me for some time.
It was completely unexpected. |

awesomeness. God works in strange ways.
I think you weren't afraid because your subconious being knew it was the heavenly father.

Yes, I do. I guess this is proof that He does. Rock Princess, sorry to be stupid, but what does "homies" mean? I'm guessing it's something like good friends? |

That's awesome! My boyfriend's mom hears from God sometimes too. He'll tell her something, and it ends up happening.

It'd be nice to hear from Him frequently. God probably often tries to tell us things, but my mind is probably too shut off most of the time. I think you have to open up your mind and your consciousness a little to hear from God. That can be hard to do. At the time He spoke to me, I was just sitting there, thinking, and letting my thoughts flow, so I suppose it was easier for Him to get through.
And perhaps He thought I needed reassurance. (If so, he was right!) I seem to be constantly in need of it. |

That is what happens when GOD speaks to you.
There was a time in my life when I was struggling, struggling with a problem I couldn't solve myself. I didn't know what to do. I didn't know what the future held for me. Then I ask GOD... Please GOD......... and the answer came to me like the answer came to you. After that I knew exactly what to do. It only happened one time for me.
