1 year since the London terrorist attacks
52 people were killed and 700 injured one year ago today after 4 near simultaneous explosions hit the London transit system, including 1 on a double decker bus. This came 1 day after the announcement that London would host the 2012 Olympics, and during the G8 summit in Scotland.

for some reason it seems a lot longer. Maybe because we don't hear about it everyday, and there really hasn't been much footage shown of it after the event.

Conspiracy freaks have been insisting it wasn't jihadists in the UK. I remember somebody on the Yahoo News Message Board vowing to "Zionify" England, or something like that. By "Zionify" they menat turn in into another Israel where you had random bus bombings on an almost daily basis.
Both are a couple of a**holes!!
I also remember articles and commentaries claiming that this wouldn't have happened if the UK didn't have troops in Iraq with the US. What a crock! Everybody knows radical Islam has had a foothold in England for a good 25 years.
