I'm not up to doing a schedule right now, but I can tell, based on the shows on the list that PB linked to in the other thread, combined with the no-locals thing he was talking about, this is what I'd like to see on the channel:

Alice - duh
Family Affair - assuming it's the original
Flo - on weekends
Getting By - on weekends
Here's Lucy - never saw it before, but it looks nice
Hogan Family - because ABC Family killed it so quickly
It's a Living - never saw it before, but it looks nice
The Jimmy Stewart Show - LOVED this on oldschool Goodlife!
Mama's Family - since it'll be leaving TBS soon
Maybe It's Me - just because!
My Sister Sam - loved it on Goodlife
The New Dick Van Dyke Show - I loved this
Please Don't Eat the Daisies - never saw it

And now, the shows I'd like to see the MOST...

Bare Essence - LOVED the original mini-series, and I'd love to see the series
Berrenger's - an interesting soap from 1985
CHiPs - not a soap, but come on, I loved this on TBS
The Colbys - just because
Falcon Crest - wine and romance in the Tuscany Valley!
Flamingo Road - my beloved
Glitter - one of Aaron's short-lived soaps from 1984
Harry O - simply because I keep missing it on AmericanLife
Hotel - um...hello!
Homefront - same as above
Hyperion Bay - a nice-looking 90s soap
King's Crossing - I'm very interested in this one; it was a Lorimar soap from 1982, so it HAS to be good
Knots Landing - oh please, do you even need to ask?
Medical Center - if I can't get Marcus Welby...
Nightingales - an Aaron show about nurses
Our Family Honor - seems nice
Our House - at one time in the not too distant past, Deidre Hall could actually act!
Scarecrow and Mrs. King - love it
Secrets of Midland Heights - a wonderful soap I'd love to see
Sisters - WAY better than I thought it'd be; LOVE it
Wonder Woman - red, white, and blue tights and all
The Yellow Rose - I saw only a snippet on TVLand years ago, but it was a Lorimar soap from 1983...what's not to like?

I'd never leave the house if they were able to get all of those shows on at one time or another!

~~~~~~~~~
I notice, some shows are definitely NOT on the list, but they are pretty much known to be WB shows. Dallas and Eight is Enough, for example.
I think they should run from 12pm-12am, they have to have paid programming 12am-12pm, lol. Here is MY PREDICTION (not actual line-up...when I make predictions, people think I'm posting actual line-ups):
12:00PM Scarecrow & Mrs. King
1:00PM Wonder Woman
2:00PM Eight is Enough (not announced, so not sure if they will air it)
3:00PM Welcome Back, Kotter
3:30PM Chico and the Man
4:00PM Alice
4:30PM Mama's Family
5:00PM Perfect Strangers
5:30PM Growing Pains
6:00PM The Wonder Years
6:30PM Wayans Bros.
7:00PM Shop 'Til You Drop
7:30PM Family Feud
8:00PM Sue Thomas F.B.Eye
9:00PM Doc
10:00PM Diagnosis Murder
11:00PM Bonanza
This is not my wish lineup, I'd also have in there Hogan Family, Head of the Class, Lois & Clark, Life Goes On and Our House...but I'm not sure they can fit all this.
Oh that wouldn't work for me LOL
I'd simply put some long-running sitcoms and dramas on weekdays and short-lived sitcoms and dramas on weekends.
I could get behind that one. It's definitely more realistic than anything I would come up with. I wouldn't be a fan of EiE running against "As the World Turns," though.
I agree with JT, I couldn't really think of one better. When I saw the topic I was getting ready to think of one, but I couldn't beat yours! I hope the REAL schedule is near what you predict.
Tidbit:
Hollywood Reporter is reporting that it was likely that the movies would run in primetime on the weekends, while the TV shows would be aired in a strip schedule on the weekdays.
Wait a minute. They didn't announce Eight Is Enough but The Wayans Bros. was mentioned? Something's definitely off here.
Since they told me initally it will be 6-11pm only...here is what I think they will do (again not what I would want, but think THEY would do):
Weekdays
6:00PM Welcome Back, Kotter
6:30PM Chico and the Man
7:00PM Mama's Family
7:30PM Perfect Strangers
8:00PM Growing Pains
8:30PM The Wonder Years
9:00PM Scarecrow & Mrs. King
10:00PM Diagnosis Murder (I think they'll keep this)
Saturdays
8:00PM Alice
8:30PM Alice
9:00PM Movie
Sundays
6:00PM Bonanza
7:00PM Wonder Woman
8:00PM Movie
Or they can do something like what AmericanLife TV does...air shows once or twice a week.
I agree about "Diagnosis Murder". Didn't they loose it to Hallmark and then they dropped it and now it just went back to "i". I guess it did better on "i" than at noon on Hallmark. =)
Good LORD no. AmericanLife's once-weekly airings of every-show-not-named-Combat is one of the most irritating scheduling schemes this side of 19-hours-of-infomercials-a-day. (How appropriate). It takes over a year to get through a run of F Troop, and that show only ran two seasons...That's called a problem. Given that i seems more interested in the 70s/80s/90s stuff, let's see:
Shows not already being agonizingly dragged out on AmericanLife
Wayans Bros - 5 Seasons
Wonder Years - Five Full Seasons plus a 6-episode season
Mama's Family - Six Seasons
Perfect Strangers - Six Full Seasons, plus two 6-episode seasons.
Alice - NINE SEASONS
If they went with AmericanLife-style scheduling for i, the majority of this forum's members would have already *shot themselves* by the end of the run.
ALF will for sure not be a part of it. Debmar took rights (broadcast, cable, video on demand) from Warner. They should start selling it soon.
AmericanLife is good though...they never change their schedule. They change it like once a year. I think they are on their second run of Welcome Back, Kotter...so that should tell you they are committed.
They are committed, sure, but their scheduling still takes them years, as Seth said, to get through a show.
I hope to god 'i' doesn't follow the same scheduling pattern. And only 6pm-11pm for programming? That blows.
I hope they don't, too...but if they are, then something like this should be done:
Mondays/Wednesdays
6:00PM Welcome Back, Kotter
6:30PM Welcome Back, Kotter
7:00PM Mama's Family
7:30PM Mama's Family
8:00PM Growing Pains
8:30PM Growing Pains
9:00PM Scarecrow & Mrs. King
10:00PM Diagnosis Murder
Tuesdays/Thursdays
6:00PM Chico and the Man
6:30PM Chico and the Man
7:00PM Perfect Strangers
7:30PM Perfect Strangers
8:00PM The Wonder Years
8:30PM The Wonder Years
9:00PM Wonder Woman
10:00PM Bonanza
Fridays (they should put short lived stuff here, if they have it, if not then...)
6:00PM Bonanza
7:00PM Wayans Bros
7:30PM Wayans Bros
8:00PM Alice
8:30PM Alice
9:00PM Movie
Saturdays
8:00PM Alice
8:30PM Alice
9:00PM Movie
Sundays
6:00PM Bonanza
7:00PM Wonder Woman
8:00PM Movie
I'd like the 5 day a week schedule better, though...
