Kimmy Gibbler from Full House. Relocating to Philadelphia, she moves to an apartment and annoys her roommate constantly.

I guess I'm obligated to add Barbara Cooper from One Day at a Time.

Interesting how the most successful spin-offs were a product of one very successful TV show.

Mine would be Meg Griffin from Family Guy. Meg moves out west to California to attend college and meets her grade school sweetheart. She would have adventures with her new boyfriend and his sister as well as other students while enjoying the California lifestyle.
Another would be Hayley Smith from American Dad. She would go off to College while trying to reconnect her hippie beliefs. She would have new roommates and teachers.

I'd like to have seen Ponch from CHIPS have his own show!!! Focusing more on his social life and love life more than the CHP!!! Have it be more like a soap opera/drama!

I wonder why there weren't college-set spinoffs for Mary Stone ("Donna Reed") or Betty Anderson ("Father Knows Best"). Two very attractive ladies with strong teen followings that ended up having lengthy careers. It just seems the obvious thing to do.
