Am I the only one who found that the episodes dealing with the dad, really really boring?
I loved any episode dealing with Sandy or the kids, but I always felt the dad was kind of a dead beat character with little if any funny lines. I was glad when wasn't around at all really. Anyone else feel this way? |

Agreed, my favorites are the ones that deal with the kids. I don't know if they intended for the father to be around as much as he actually was.. if the whole Valerie Harper situation didn't happen, maybe they kill him off and make her a single mom?
