TV stars tell the tales of their first TV experience with help from those who worked with them! My First Time includes interviews from producers, casting agents, family members, friends, directors, cast and crew. The show culminates with the actual clip of star's first TV performance and an on-camera look at them seeing it for the first time in many years. Viewers get first hand knowledge about what the TV Star was thinking and how he/she got there.
Episodes to include Jim Belushi, Katey Sagal, Henry Winkler, John Schneider, and more!

- Friday Night Movies
Every Friday in July & August starting July 7, at 3pm and 10pm
Classic movies are back for nostalgic enjoyment all summer long on TV Land.
We all know them and we all love them. We have all seen these movies so many times…yet we still love to watch them whenever they are on.
“Pee Wee’s Big Adventure”, “Caddyshack”, “Top Gun”
TV Land, your home for classic shows…and movies this summer!

Airdates and titles are as follows for JULY:

Friday, July 7 3-5p and 10p-12a
Behind The Cameras: Three’s Company Movie (2003)
This telefilm takes you behind the camera as the cast, crew, and producers deal with turmoil on the set of "Three's Company", including Suzanne Somers and her contract renegotiating, numerous cast changing, spin-offs, betrayal, and lying.

Friday, July 14 3-5p and 10p-12a
Pee Wee’s Big Adventure (1985)
The love of Pee-wee Herman's life is his bicycle. When it is stolen, he is sent on a wild cross country adventure after a fortune teller tells him his bicycle is in the basement of the Alamo. Along the way, Pee-wee has a series of cartoon-like encounters with characters even crazier than he is including an escaped convict, a waitress with wanderlust and a jealous boyfriend, and a mysterious female truck driver.
Followed by an Andy Griffith Show episode at 5:30pm and 12:30am.

Friday, July 21 10p-12:30a
Caddyshack (1980)
Greenskeeper Carl Spackler is about to start WWIII - against a gopher. Pompous Judge Smails plays to win but his niece Lacey wants to score her own way. Playboy Ty Webb shoots perfect golf by becoming the ball. And country club loudmouth Al Czervik just doubled a $20,000 bet on a 10-foot putt. Insanity? No. Caddyshack. Chevy Chase, Rodney Dangerfield, Bill Murray and Ted Knight tee off for a side-splitting round of fairway foolishness. With Harold Ramis directing, the comic skills of all four blend in a riotous hole-in-one for comedy fans as the term "golf nut" takes on a deranged double meaning - and nonstop laughter is par for the course!
Followed by a special I Love Lucy episode 12:30a!

Friday, July 28 10p-12:30a & 1a-2:30a
Top Gun (1986)
Maverick (Tom Cruise) is a hot pilot. When he encounters a pair of MiGs over the Persian Gulf, his wingman is clearly outflown and freaks. On almost no fuel, Maverick is able to talk him back down to the Carrier. When his wingman turns in his wings, Maverick is moved up in the standings and sent to the Top Gun Naval Flying School. There he fights the attitudes of the other pilots and an old story of his father's death in combat that killed others due to his father's error. Maverick struggles to be the best pilot, stepping on the toes of his other students and in a different way to Charlie, a civilian instructor to whom he is strongly attracted.
Followed by a special Andy Griffith Show episode at and 12:30a and 3:30a!

12:30 PM - now THAT'S a vote of CONFIDENCE! They expect the show to fail, so they put it in a so-so timeslot, thus making it MUCH easier for the show TO fail. Vicious cycle.

Wow, no marathon for 227, not even a late afternoon/primetime slot? Must not be expected to do well...But, maybe since it airs nights on TVOne, they have to air it at a different time?

Wow.

What a crappy arrival for 227! And even Benson is stuck at one timeslot ... ouch.

Top Gun on TV Land, wow. Why not air Return to Mayberry and the Munsters Revenge and stuff like that.

227 only ran 3 season. I guess no 48 hour marathon. Im not gonna watch Brady Bunch marathon in July are they kidding? Did they already did that last weekend? Yes they did. I would very much like to see "Alice" & Night Court 48 hour marathon one more time.

Please dont tell me that 'alice is on IN2tv it not going to work because there is one problem with IN2tv because it is not closed captioned yet for hearing impaired bummer. I want tvland to add "Alice" with closed captioned this time please. Thank you

I won't be watching "227" either. I've seen it and don't care to ever again.

The past few schedules have been pretty good. More balance with a lot of the shows.

I won't be watching 227 on TV Land though. It's uncut on TVOne.

Exactly. I watched it and taped every episode from TVOne as they don't butcher their shows like TVLand does. In fact TvOne and American Life TV are the only two channels I know of that don't.

Once again another '80s show gets the backburner treatment! Nice going, TV Land!

But you what, I get 227 locally anyway, so to hell w/ 227 on TV Land!

I look forward to Benson, though.

Not to mention that N@N had 227 a while back before they went the crappy '90s route if I might add.
