Is there any fans of this movie out here?
I LOVE this movie, it's one of my favorites! "A word on Mrs. Flax and food. Fun-finger foods are her speciality, and that's all the woman cooks. Anything else, she says, is too big a commitment."~Charlotte Flax (Winona Ryder) in MERMAIDS ------------------ Always hoping for a change, always hoping for a return trip to the 80s. Forget the Olsens, Jodie Sweetin is number 1. Long live Rick Schroder! |

I like it, 2. I like the part where the kidz come trick-or-treating and she gives them tooth paste. I'm a swimmer, (training for the Junior Olympics someday finger crossed!) and I beat the records. Probably couldn't do it now... but... I think I'll watch it now! I'm bored Neway...

Alexz: Yeah... too bad they don't come in silver mercedes benz! ~^~^~^~^~^~^~^~^~^~^~^~^~ Rachel: Have I ever been wrong? Alexz: Don't get me started! Don't EVEN get me started! ~~~<@ Kenzie @>~~~ E-Mail-- teddysangeljinny@yahoo.com |

It's about a young woman named Rachel Flax (Cher) and her two daughters Charlotte and Kate (Winona Ryder and Christina Ricci) in the year of 1963 (the film was released in 1990) where they are getting ready for their eighteeth move, to Massachusetts, where each of them go through their own things (Rachel dating a guy named Lou, Charlotte, the Christian, trying to get a guy while wanting to be a nun, Kate becoming the best swimmer she can be) It's a really great movie, you'll love it.

I loved that movie. Remember going to see it when it was in theaters. Always liked Cher (saw her on her most recent tour)
