Wow....okay, so this is old, but wow...Dale's been gone this long. Doesn't seem like it.

And this belongs in the sports section that wasn't here in 2001.

AHAHAHAHAHA.

Nope, doesn't seem like it's been nearly 3 years now. Dale died on my mom's b-day, too.

I still remember crying. And I was never a Dale Earnhardt fan. I ever cheered when he hit the wall. God, I felt soooooo guilty about that.

I remember seeing footage of it on TV and thinking "Wow......" and just being speechless.

Me too. He was being a jerk by not letting Marlin get past him so he deserved the bump.

I didn't like him either. But I was still more shocked than I ever remember being.

Yeah, I remember that day like it was yesterday. I came home and turned on SportsCenter, and on the bottom line it said "Dale Earnhardt Sr, 49, dies from injuries..." and I was like, "Mom! Dad! DALE EARNHARDT DIED!" I don't even remember what happened the rest of that night. I just couldn't believe what I was seeing.
