Guys,
This landmark series withstood the test of time! Tonight is the "Burned Out" episode where a teacher sucombs to stress and becomes apathetic. Sadly, the series, (at least from what I remember from syndication) ends there. Did they ever do a graduation episode for a finale? There just seemed to be so many more great stories that could have been told about Ken Reeves and the players whos lives he changed. Why did the series end at that point? I have Season 1 and will soon have Season 2 on DVD!!!! Season 3 is coming soon.......let's hope! This was more like a documentary than a series. You actually felt like you were a part of the lives and people who were Carver High School. Jack |

Thanks! But just to clarify. "Burned Out" the one where the History teacher Mr. Mackie is forced to take a leave of absense because he was sick of teaching is the last episode of the series. What I mean is, series followers were kind of "left hanging." Jack |

What's the title of the last show for the series and what was it about?
Has this last show aired by CBS ever been reshown in syndication? Do you think it will be included on the Season 3 DVD? I hope so! Oh yea, does anyone know the reason why TWS decided to end when it did? Was this a CBS decision or a cast decision? Jack |
