How do you stop email notifications? - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

How do you stop getting emails whenever someone replies to a post that you have posted? Whenever I reply to a thread, I get an email saying that someone replied to the thread I posted in.

Go to the User CP, then click Edit Options scroll down half way and select no email notification from the drop box under Default Thread Subscription Mode

* To stop email notifications for already existing threads:

Click on the down-pointing arrow next to "Quick Links" right below the "Chit Chat" logo above > click on "Edit Options" > click on "List Subscriptions" on the left-hand menu > click on that check box on the right side next to "Notification" (will select ALL your threads you have posted in the past) of the top header > scroll all the way down and click on the down-pointing arrow next to "Selected threads" > select "No Email Notification" > click on the "Go" button.

* To stop email notifications here on out:

Click on "Edit Options" on your profile > scroll down a bit until you see the blue header for "Default Thread Subscription Mode" and click on the down-pointing arrow and select "No email notification" > scroll down all the way and select "Save Changes."

why would you want it to stop?-lol That's the best thing about sitcomsonline
