Did anyone see that VH-1 BEHIND THE MUSIC - THE MONKEES? Peter Tork really is looking a little weird -- with that beard and mustache and that hairdo. Wasn't Peter Tork once blonde? Now, Peter Tork has darker brown hair. I guess, Peter Tork isn't as young as he use to be.

I guess not,Mindy.I didn't see the particular show but I did see Peter Tork interviewed at different times. One thing he said at one point, which I could relate to very well, was; "Some people are going to be stuck in the sixties for the rest of their lives."
(Anyone still a Monkees-fan sure is stuck in the 60s.Chuckle!) |

hmmmmmmm.....well, this topic has been here awhile, but well i just met him last month and i have to say i was impressed. he does not look that bad considering that he is 56 years old. he is still a cutie to me, definately not the 20 something peter tork from the show, but then again everyone changes with age. its natural....hes a great guy also, have to throw that in. very sweet and very kind.

I totally agree! I think Peter is great looking, and no I'm not stuck in the 60's, anymore than Facts of Life fans are stuck in the 80's, and even if we were, so what? The 60's was a great decade!

Peter looks awesome for being 59 year old! (he turns 60 in 3 days) He has such cute hair even though he does have a lot more wrinkles than he used to.
