Default This woman at my job was just fired due to low performance and I can't believe she

has been cleaning out her desk NOW so all staff members can wlak around and talk about her being fired. If it was me, it maybe who knows, I would have waited until after 5pm when everyone was GONE to clean out my work area so that way when everyone returns they could talk about it the next but I wouldn;t be here-lol But maybe it's the frustration of her wanting to get the hell out of here and not stay a minute longer.

For me it would just be easier to roll out after 5pm. She should be happy that she is no longer apart of this ZOO. In a way I'm kind of happy for her. I'm still stuck.

I'd do the same thing. I probably wouldn't give a crap at the time.

It's odd to me that they fired her during the work day. End of day would be more considerate.

However, it may be that the company told her to leave right away. They may have taken all of her keys, etc (if she had any) and told her to pack up now.

It's even odder that she was fired on payday. I feel a lot better now because I found out she was fired because one of the women in upper management didn;t like her.

eek....I hope that woman likes you then. I'd hate to get fired over something petty like that.

That could be. At the place I used to work they would have security watch you while you cleaned out your desk and you would then be escorted to the door.
I was never fired, by the way, but I did see it happen, that's how I know.

Well the woman had to make it look like it was her performance so she can plug another one of her family members in the position. By the way, this woman's little brother is my supervisor-lol

If what you're saying is correct, then a lawsuit can filed in regards to nepotism.

The lady in upper management is not making it that obvious, it was something that was found out through company gossip. But here is the stupid thing, the woman is back again today because she is not finish cleaning out her area, how dumb is she? U do all the day u are informed u are no longer needed, not do some cleaning out today and come back tomorrow. I had felt sorry for her yesterday but after seeing her comeback today I no longer feel sorry for her. She is a fool
