he played a doctor on the episode where the family finds out the son has kidney problems. I liked seeing him on this show. I think they should have him as a regular, but instead of a doctor, he would have played a good neighbor. You never see the neighbors that George has, he needs a neighbor and Ken Howard would be a good choice.

I saw that episode and I was so happy to see Ken Howard. It's been a long time since I saw him. He gained a couple of pounds but his face is very recognizable. They should........... make him a neighbor
Or maybe a love interest for his Mom.
