I love my age (40) only because I don't look it. I still get asked for my I.D. when it comes to alcoholic beverages at restaurants, etc. My daughter who is 22 and I are always thought to be sisters. I love it.
I guess it has to do with how one feels. It's all in the mind.

i know what year my mom was born, but i'm not allowed to do the math to figure out how old she really is - she usually says she's 30-something.

My mom actually never complains about her age. She's 46 years old, but you really cannot tell. She looks in her early to mid 30's. I really hope I inherit that from her.

My mom is turning 54 this year, but she doesn't complain cuz she still thinks of herself as young. IMO, she still LOOKS younger than she really is, even though I like to make fun of her and say that she doesn't.

No, not really, and she'll be 57. We come from a line of women who complain more about their asses than their ages.

Oh god yes! My mom is 42 and she complains about how old she is. I keep telling her Brad Pitt is the same age as her and look at him, but she doesn't listen. She's just sooo old lol I don't know how to convince her otherwise.
