Default How long?

How long has everyone been a fan of the show? Personally I've been watching about a year now. I can't get enough. I own Seasons 1, 3, and 4 on DVD and am planning to buy 2 and 5 soon. I'm still relatively a new comer, but I adore the show.

BTW, I'm a newbie to the boards. I'm Brittany and I'm from Arkansas. Happy New Year!

Strange, all of that is the exact same as me. I've been watching the show for about a year, and I also only own seasons 1, 3, and 4 on DVD. For whatever reason I skipped season 2, but I'm planning on having them all eventually. Anyways, welcome to the boards.

Welcome to the boards Brittany

I have been watching the show since about season 2 but I only became a die-hard fan during the summer. I have seasons 1-5 on DVD, I haven't watched season 5 yet.

I've been an on-and-off fan since the series debuted in 2000, but I just never really had the time to watch. I was a high school sophomore like Rory, the year it debuted...so when Rory graduated from HS at the end of the 3rd season in the spring of 2003, so did I. I finally got back to watching it full-time this season and the only season I don't have on DVD yet is the 3rd season... so I have 1, 2, 4 and 5 on DVD now.

Welcome to the boards, by the way!

I started at the end of season one/beggining of season 2, because GG used to be on at a time when I couldn't watch it. A friend kept telling me to check it out, but it wasn't a good time. (Thursdays.) Anyhow, just before they moved it to Tuesdays, I fell in love with the show, and caught up with all the season one eppy's I had missed on Gilmore Girls: Begginings (The WB showed it like in 2002.) I now own all the seasons and watch the show religiously, never missing an episode!
