Default To all the people that don't show any respect for Coach

Just because Coach was an extremely underrated sitcom doesn't mean the you guys have to hate it so much. I know Universal was not a good place for sitcoms at the time, and I know most of you guys are more into sitcoms like The Cosby Show, The Golden Girls, Full House, Roseanne, and all the other overrated shows. But don't hate the show just because E! doesn't talk about it much.

no offense, but you're just a little too on the defensive over Coach. You called Troopoleon earlier a "Coach hater" when he said he LIKED the show, except it just wasn't his #1. One person ranked it in his least favorite shows, no biggie. You're going to find out that EVERY show has at least one person who doesn't like it.

True.

I think that the show is okay. If someone doesn't like it, that's their opinion and their business and I respect why. And I'd rather have a favorite show that's not frequently discussed on E!.

lol. Once I spoke up I knew something like this was gonna happen. There is alot of people that hate shows, does that make them a bad person? No. If every one took offense to people not liking their favorite shows like you do thats all this board would be is arrguements...Just chill your engines(sp?) so people don't like coach Big Deal, I know I do and thats all that counts....

The Cosby Show isn't my favorite show, My favorite show is Roseanne if you don't like it to bad, your missing out on something great in my opinion but Im not gonna call you a Roseanne Hater and say "ohh how could you not like Roseanne It's The Best Show In The World, Whats Wrong With You People" because alot of people don't like Roseanne and they have reasons why they don't like Roseanne so Im not gonna tell them there stupid reasons and they should watch the show, all im saying is Just cause someone doesn't like you favorite show doesn't make them haters it makes them people that can think for themselves and have threre own opinions...

BTW, Why did you think TCS was my favorite show?

I'm just gonna make some small points...

If Coach was Extremely Underated It would be like Arrested Development and always be on the bubble however it survived for 9 complete seasons.

What do you mean Universal wasn't a good place for sitcoms? Just cause I don't like a certain company doesn't mean I automatically hate the show, "Oh I hate Sony I'll never watch a show from them" (sarcasim, spelling?)

Alot of people hate The four shows you mentioned. And They are not overrated, Just cause alot of people like a show doesn't mean it's overrated it means it has earned the respect to be a classic and be shown 20 thousand times on 4 different networks. Am I right? What Do You Think Overated Means?

What do you mean "because E! doesn't talk about it all the time."? first of all who cares if E! talks about second when does E! talk about all these shows (besides E! THS, which is still not all the time) and third, when E! does a THS for coach will you watch it, Most fans would.

Overrated means that show or celeb is getting all the credit, like appearing in the magazines, Entertainment Tonight, late night TV. It's mostly them Huxtable kids from TCS, and the whole cast of Friends thats way too overrated. When did you ever hear any cast member of Coach being mentioned besides Craig T. & Shelly?

outside of Raven-Symone, who is popular currently because of That's So Raven, NOT The Cosby Show, which "Huxtable kids" are all over the magazines, ET and late night TV? Remember, it's been over a decade since Full House, Cosby and Golden Girls have ended and that it's coming up on a decade since Roseanne ended. These shows are hardly getting the same media attention that Lost, Desperate Housewives and American Idol are getting. They're just popular because they've endeared themselves to fans and stood the test of time (I hate FH but like it or not, it's remained popular)

SoulBrainsFan has returned to say I'm sorry to all the members of the Sitcoms Online Message Board. Even you barwars. And greenlaser, I know a very few people have heard of Coach, but you don't have to be hotheaded about it, just "woosah"(calmdown). And troopleon, please don't get him angry at any cost.
