I have been wondering that too, actually after watching the marathon. Some of the voices sound like the cast's.

According to the liner notes of a CD that I own(Tee Vee Toons Presents All-Time Top 100 TV Themes)the song was in fact preformed by Jim Gilstrap and Blinky Williams.
