Default RICHIE stood up to the fonz

Can you believe that richie was the only one who was never afraid of fonzie, i have seen that in a couple of episodes where he called fonzie, where he and fonzie almost had that fight where fonzie was with the falcomes, and where fonzie lost his eye sight

Richie: "Fonzie, shut up!"
Fonzie: "Fonzie, shut up?! Fonzie, shut up?! Why don't you just say: Fonzie, would you remove all my teeth? It's the same result."

Richie and Fonzie were much like brothers (which eliminated the need for Chuck,
Richie's real older brother). I'm sure that fact has been mentioned before on
this board, but I thought it bears repeating.

I don't know for sure, 'cause I quoted that from the Happy Days 2nd Anniversary-episode (which consisted of all kinds of short clips). I only remember Richie tried to tell Fonz there were cops at the Cunningham's house and they wanted Fonz (I don't recall why), Fonzie didn't listen and kept on talking, so Richie had to tell him to shut up. Dave could be right though, maybe the cops wanted to ask Fonz to be an assistent cop, that was great.

*Fonzie entering Arnold's in a cop's uniform*
Ralph (to Potsie): Hey, look at Fonz! He's looking like he's joined the air force or something.
Potsie: Hey Fonz, you look like you joined the air force or something!
Fonzie: Yeah? You want a B-52 up your nose?

When Richie returned from the army, he was cooler than Fonzie. He could handle himself in a fight and didn't need Fonzie to watch out for him anymore.
