You know, whenever I think of a summer movie, I think of Grease mainly because I always use to watch it in the summer. But if you think about it, it mainly doesn't take place in the summer. It takes place in the school year.

my favorite movies during the summer are grease, grease 2,sister act, sister act 2 back in the habit,anchorman,without a paddle,there is so many I've lost count.

I like a lot of the ones that was mentioned, but I like "Don't Tell Mom the Babysitter's Dead" That was a good summer movie.
