The song-"Wind Beneath My Wings" Anyone else like this song? It is kind of a cheesy song but I love it anyway. Haha. I love Bette. The song is MUCH better live, in my opinion.

The song made me cry the other day!!!!! I listened to the words and REALLY understood it. "It must have been cold there in my shadow, to never have sunlight on your face".... Who wants to be in someon;es shadow and never see any glory? The whole song is sad but optomistic too as Bette thanks her inspiration. bette seems humble throughout the song.....

Yeah, it really is. Everytime I hear it, I think of that final scene in the movie where Bette's character collapses onstage and dies. That, and the phone booth scenes, were pretty much the only ones in the movie that I liked. But yeah, I'm a big fan of hers. My other favorites are: Do You Want To Dance, From A Distance, and In This Life. All are very pretty songs.
