This is a great show. Jason Lee is a perfect choice.

This is the kind of comedy that the networks should be doing. It's very smart and funny, and above all, it's got a bit of heart. You want Earl to suceed.
I hope it does well. So far, the best new show I've seen this season.

I found this show really funny. Reminded me of Raising Arizona somewhat, especially the look. Jason Lee is great and the visual gags are pretty funny too, like when they showed "his son's" birth.

And there's good news to report according to http://www.thefutoncritic.com/cgi/ra...cgi?id=tuesday it was the most watched show of the night.

I guess he must have the worst life.He had two children who weren't even his. After I saw what the waiter(or whatever that guy's job is) looked like,I knew who his wife had an affair with

Funny you should mention that. A critic from one of the New York papers likened Jason Lee's Earl to Nick Cage from that movie. I guess they do have alot in common. They certainly are lousy thieves.

My favorite quote of the show so far:

"DAYTIME WHORE"

(on a network station.....gasp!)
