Kanye West was on NBC's benefit concert, anbd he launched into an angry tirade about racism in the media and, before the camera cut away in a panic, he yelled, "George Bush doesn't care about black people!"
Good for Kanye West!  (And I don't even like hip-hop!) |

I don't have a problem with what Kanye said, because I share the same sentiment. But that was the wrong place to say it, in that this becomes about "what Kanye said" when the focus should be on providing relief for the victims. And you can be sure he won't be invited to future events like this, like next week's concert. There were better places and times for him to show his passion.

I'm hearing that from a lot of people, not directed at Bush but in general. Even my some news anchors are hinting at it. Jack Cafferty and Nancy Grace have made reference to it.
