Whenever I click "more" under the smiley's, the window doesnt even pop up. What's going on here?

You might have a popup blocker running. Have you tried re-booting your machine? If rebooting works, then there has to be some kind of popup blocker happening.

Yeah, hahaha... That's what I always recommend to instructors and students. It seems to take care of temporary problems almost 80% of the time!
