The one where Eddie won a cereal contest and got to appear on the local horror show Zombo. He was so disappointed to find that Zombo was just a regular guy under a lot of makeup-and that the haunted house and the cobwebs,et. al weren't real. This showed the truth of how a child can be disillusioned if he actualy guests on a TV show-and realizes firsthand how much TV is paper-mache and make-believe.

my favorite episode had to be when eddie grew a beard. I especially love the scene at the end when herman very touchingly tells eddie the true meaning of whats more important than what you look like. just great!

I liked the one where Grandpa accidently turned Eddie into a girl with one of his potions, and then Herman drank it, and turned into a little girl too! It was really funny.

My favorite episode was the one when Herman was struck by lighting, and his face turned normal. The family, of course, thought that he had become horribly disfigured!

My favorite was the episode when Herman thought that Lilly was pregnant because she made a reference to the patter of little feet that was expected soon. It turns out it was a friend of Eddie that was to spend the night. The look on Hermans face as he sees a toy Frankensteins monster walking from behind the sofa, thinking it was his new son, is priceless.
