Friends... after the series ended, I realized how much I basically stuck with the show even tho I hadn't really loved it in about 4 years

Good Times, All In The Family, Happy Days, Three's Company, Cosby, Seinfeld

Probably more if I thought about it longer.

The most obvious one for me would be Happy Days when the Ritchie and Ralph characters left.

Of the shows still on the air, the first one I can think of is "E.R." I stopped watching it two or three seasons ago. I guess I lost interest when Anthony Edwards left the show.

Id agree with most of that list...although, I hated Seinfeld all along, and was never a BIG fan of 3s Company or Good Times< though i did watch them

I unfortunately kept watching for another year until they finally killed of Romano. It really isn't the same series anymore after AE left.

The season when Romano met his spectacular demise was probably the last one I watched.

It's funny, I liked Seinfeld during most of its initial run, but now when I look back at the last couple of seasons, I find them usually just stupid and ridiculous. There were parts of it I never liked - like when they'd show him doing his standup routine.

I wasn't a HUGE fan of either the other two, although did tune in each week, once Chrissy left 3'C I stopped watching (although I never really liked her anyway - it was more for John Ritter and Joyce that I watched). Good Times - when James left. I remember JJ started to really get an "attitude" in real life also about being the star of the show and the "dynomite" thing was wearing a bit thin.

When TJL mentioned E.R., it reminded me that I lost interest in NYPD Blue after Jimmy Smits - watched only occasionally after that. I think they delayed the season so much that I ended up getting involved in other shows. Same thing happened with Six Feet Under, and even though I'll watch it when it comes back on, its a painful, boring wait for The Sopranos. I'm going to have to rewatch last season all over again to remind myself what was going on! I hate having to do that.

That was the last one I watched too. I figured if Romano had become the only reason I was watching the show, I might as well quit.

I was a die hard TC fan. I even watched Three's A Crowd each week. I still thought it was good after Chrissy left although not as good as the early years. I'll agree with you on Good Times. The show really JTS after James left and that final season with Keith was awful. Its funny though because Good Times is the only Norman Lear show I never watched regularly when it originally aired. I really got into it when it first went into syndication. As for NYPD Blue. I actually am in the minority. I became a bigger fan after JS left. I had started to miss a lot of episodes until his death episodes began and they were some of the best drama ever on tv IMO. I wish they would rerun The Sopranos from the beginning because I've always wanted to see the show but I just got HBO this year.

Quick reason not to watch the last few seasons of TC: Terri Alden, a character so dull, she even made the cockroaches in the appartment die of boredom

I used to love both The Brady Bunch and The Facts Of Life. I was actually kind of obsessed with both of them at one point or another. I still enjoy them both a lot, and I'll get them both on DVD, but its nowhere near the scale I once enjoyed them.

I also used to be obsessive over Survivor, but ever since "All Stars" it hasn't been the same. I still enjoy it a lot, but not as much as I used to (I recorded every episode of Seasons 3-9). Whereas I used to think about it a lot when I wasn't watching, now it pretty much comes and goes. When I'm watching, I'm zoned in, but the second its over, I couldn't care less. I think a reality overdose is the reason for it.

Family Matters: When I was younger I used to watch this show all the time.. I thought it was a great show, one of the funniest shows on tv... but I tried to watch it again recently and I was just uninterested.. it just wasnt as impressive as the first time I watched it..

Home Improvement: Same as Family Matters

WWE Smackdown!: This show I still watch every week because Im a wrestling fan and no matter how much the WWE trys to ruin themselves, I'll still stick by the WWE. Since 2000, I basically recorded every episode Smackdown!, put my full focus and attention on Smackdown and not miss every minute. but last month I decided to stop recording Smackdown. because the WWE isnt making any effort to better. If the match isnt interesting I change the channel and before I didnt.
