Please Help-Trader Check - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

I am dealing with 2 people I am not sure of right now. They told me a month ago they would be done my tapes and are no where near's done. Does ANYONE know anything about these people. I paid them via pay pal and want to file for a refund immediately if they are scammers.

Any info would be greatly appreciated. I ordered 1 episode from Stephen(he contacted me) and he's not sent it yet, saying he has all sorts of orders ahead of mine. And Tracy has all these RARE old 70's shows supposedly and she can't seem to find time to copy 8 tapes.

I don't know either of those people but I will say this:
I think you have 30 days from payment to file for a refund with PayPal. I also think that if you have not received anything from them in that time, that that qualifies you for a refund (if they sent you anything at all, even if it's wrong merchandise, PayPal says "sorry, can't help you").

They shouldn't have taken your money until they were ready to do the work. I would file for a refund immediately before it's too late. Tell the sellers that you're happy to pay again when they are ready to deliver the goods.
