Who watched this? I did and LOVED it. I think A&E did a great job with showing a non-biased view of the cast feuds and the final year. I cannot believe how great Betty Garrett looks, she has to be getting up there. And Cindy still doesnt look any different than she did on L&S. I loved what she said at the end..."Can I imagine my life without Shirley Feeney? At this moment, no"

So what did you all think?

I thought it was great! The only gripe I had was that they called Cowboy Bill's (the restaurant Frank and Edna owned when they moved to California) "Cowboy Bob's". I do believe Nick at Nite's website calls it that, too.

OMG! Titania! I wrote the same quote on Squeaky's board!! AAH! That is sooo cool!

Here's the quote:

"Can I imagine my life without Shirley Feeney? (pause) At this point, no, I can't. She's, um, very, very, precious to me." ~Cindy Williams

I loved that quote! It was my fave!!

I watched it. It was good but I was expecting something different. They didn't really go into much detail about the fueds and the problems that the cast had. I felt like they skipped a lot of information.

Definitely not as detailed as your typical "E! True Hollywood Story" or "Entertainment Tonight" behind-the-scenes piece. And Penny, stop mumbling for God's sake!

I saw an interview with David Lander just a short time ago, and it seemed his MS was really affecting him. He looked like he was in good shape for this interview.

What bugged me the most was the fact that the way they phrased it, they made it seem that Frank and Edna followed Laverne and Shirley when it was really the other way around. ALso, when they made a big deal about L&S going there to become stars. They wanted to become stars, but they didn't even mention Bardwell's. Instead they showed them dressed as Jack and Jill and said they had to get odd jobs because they were trying to become famous. Wasn't the Jack and Jill a Milwaukee episode? Wasn't that how they raised money for the cruise? I may be mistaken. Anyway, for the most part, it was really great.

Your right Laverneshirley, the jack and jill shoe job was in The Cruise Part 1. I dont know why they showed it there. David really did look good in that interview. It was also really cool how Betty Garret picked her characters name.
What did you guys think about the audio clips from The Credibility Gap? I had never heard those before.

It was same ol', same ol'. We know they fought and alla that. Nothing new, really. I like all the cool pics, though!

I loved Mikey's quote!

"David once.. um.. kicked a script up into the catwalks. It was an amazing athletic feat."

Although i wouldn't look at him at the time.. I'm guessing Michael looked great.
